Join our culinary retreat and enjoy participating in three unique cooking courses, with renowned guest chefs. Each class will vary by season but will cover the unique and delicious culinary traditions of Italian food through the Castelli Romani area and Rome. Our guests will be able to fully immerse themselves in the art of Italian cooking. We will learn all about preparation and organizational skills, tips and techniques, flavor balance, proper pairings and so much more. These classes will be suitable for those who want to get the basics of Italian foods and their seasonal simplicity.
In the near future we plan to host cuisine specific retreats.

Our prices are all-inclusive and include 6 nights of accomodation, all meals, activities and drinks as well as pickup from and transfer to the FCO airport on the first and final day of our retreat.
